2 Lincolns Battlefield & Remembrance Tour - 18 to 24 March 2018

In March 2018 Gary Weight and Tony Colvin will be leading a tour following the 2 Lincolns from Normandy to Germany.

This unique event has already drawn great interest and we have a good number of family members and interested parties booked on the tour. At this point we still have a number of places available. It is also hoped, health permitting, that we will have some veterans on board.

Andy & Joanne Bowkett 27/28 June 2014

We arranged a 2 day tour of Normandy to follow in the footsteps of my Great Uncle who fought with the 2nd Lincolnshire Regiment. On day one Gary collected us from our hotel and drove us to the exact location of my Great Uncle's D Day landing. During the next 2 days we followed in the footsteps of the 2nd Lincolns through their Normandy battles and re-lived every moment. Gary's knowledge of Normandy must be second to none. From the landing beaches through to the sunken lanes and bullet scarred buildings, his vivid descriptions of the battles, his maps and illustrations made the terrible experiences of the brave men who fought 70 years ago come to life. For me this was a very emotional experience and one I will treasure for life.

Thanks again Gary,
